Delivery

We offer cake (not occasion cakes) delivery services within mainland UK, with prices varying depending on the distance. Deliveries are available on set days, varying week to week which will be announced on our socials/website, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate all delivery requests, we cannot guarantee delivery for every order, so we advise arranging this as early as possible.

In the event that no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, it will be returned to our shop. You can then arrange collection or opt for redelivery for an additional fee. Upon delivery, a signature is required to confirm that the order has arrived in satisfactory condition. Once the order has been signed for, we cannot accept responsibility for your order.

Collection

Collection from our store is available between 10am – 3pm, on your specified order date. Morning collections before 10am can be arranged upon request if it better suits your schedule. If you anticipate being late for your collection, kindly give us a call to provide an estimated time of arrival. Our shop operates from 9 am to 3 pm. Failure to collect your order before 3 pm may necessitate carrying over the collection to the next working day.

While we try to contact customers around 1 pm to confirm their collection or make alternative arrangements, please note that we do not offer a reminder service and rely on customers to remember their collection appointments. Delivery cannot be arranged on the same day as the scheduled collection. If an employee needs to stay late for a collection, a late fee may apply to the responsible customer if the delay exceeds 15 minutes. Upon collection, you will be asked to sign for your cake to confirm your satisfaction. If you notice any faults, such as spelling mistakes, please inform us before taking your cake. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please inform us, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

However, please be aware that additional decorations not initially discussed during the order placement may incur extra charges. Once your cake has been signed for and taken away from our store, we are no longer liable for its condition. It is our policy to advise customers on the best methods for transporting and storing the cake. If the cake is damaged due to disregarding our advice, we cannot be held responsible.
